Hardware engineering
Our hardware engineers plan and design your control cabinets. In addition to creating schematic drawings on CAD (Eplan), we provide the necessary equipment lists, draw plant layouts if required and prepare cable and material lists. We are also able to advise you in the areas of equipment labelling, the selection of suitable devices or specify drives for you.
Cabinet construction
Whether small operating stations, field boxes or control cabinets with several fields, together with our partner we produce control cabinets of any kind. In addition to the usual hardware for the detection of sensors and control of actuators, our scope of supply also includes topics such as safety, valve terminals, the integration of power measurements or the design for special environmental conditions (temperature, dust and humidity, ATEX, etc.). Thanks to UL certification, we deliver worldwide and also organize the necessary transport on request. All control cabinets are inspected and tested at the factory by our experts. This allows a smooth and efficient commissioning at the customer's site.

Planning & organization
Planning
The correct preparation is the basis for every commissioning. Our specialists are therefore available to take on extended planning tasks to coordinate the individual preparation work, organize the necessary materials and equipment for the conversion, and provide advice throughout the entire phase.
Supervision
During the installation and construction phase, various parties are often involved, resulting in interfaces and dependencies. Our experience has shown that an expert on site increases installation quality and significantly improves the efficiency of installation. This increases the chance of on-time and trouble-free commissioning. Together with ICS Mechanical AG, we offer electrical as well as mechanical installation supervision to support you accordingly during this phase.
Installation
Are you looking for a competent installation company to carry out the electrical installation on site? We will be happy to advise you on the selection of installation specialists or to take over this task completely for you. Thanks to frequent installations, we are well networked worldwide and have access to competent partners.
Commissioning
Especially for retrofit projects or smaller modifications, it makes sense to do the tasks on our own. Most of our engineers have an electrical background and thus the necessary skills to carry out small conversions directly on their own. This simplifies planning and preparation massively and enables efficient commissioning and testing of the new components.
